SPORTS AND RECREATION EVENTS AT SAMARKAND STATE ARCHITECTURAL-CIVIL ENGINEERING INSTITUTE

The Department of "Physical Education and Sports" operates in the territory of the Institute of Architecture and Construction and carries out various activities aimed at popularizing physical education and sports.

On the territory of the Institute of Architecture and Construction, sports sections for the following types of sports have been established:

In accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education No. 89 dated February 16, 2021, employees of the Department of Education and Culture, together with employees of the Institute’s medical center, conducted educational work among students on the topic “Prevention of crimes related to the abuse and illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and potent drugs among the general population, including among young people, as well as a comprehensive plan of measures to combat AIDS "according to the developed plan.

In March 2021, the psychologist of the Institute S. Otayorov conducted a seminar-training on the topic "Positive aspects of helping those around us" among the students of Architecture.

 Volunteers in seminar training and people who willingly help others are more satisfied with their lives. When a person extends a helping hand to others, his positive energy increases tenfold. It is through these positive actions that we realize the true essence of what we were created as human beings! In this way, this seminar-training was rich in motivation.

On October 4, 2018, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Restricting Smoking of Cigarettes and Electronic Cigarettes in Public Places” was adopted.

So, according to the law, smoking of cigarettes and electronic cigarettes in public places is prohibited:

in stationary trade facilities, as well as in catering establishments, with the exception of premises specially designated for smoking cigarettes and electronic cigarettes;
