Agenda: 1. To provide material support to students, low-income, really orphans, registered with Temir Daftar, who are pupils of an orphanage, studying at the Samarkand State Institute of Architecture and Construction on the basis of a payment agreement.
2. Encouraging students who are actively involved in public affairs.
3. Material incentives for team members for winning the qualifying match of the Samarkand Central League of Laughter (SCL), held at the Youth Center in Samarkand.

Samarkand State Institute of Architecture and Construction Vice-Rector for Financial and Economic Affairs A.Radjabov, taking into account the active participation of the Samarkand State Institute of Architecture and Construction in public affairs, provided financial support to 81 students on the basis of clause 8 of the Student Council for the Promotion of the Samarkand State Architectural and Construction Institute Institute” information about the progress was heard and a discussion was held.
